Andrea is a passionate photographer and storyteller dedicated to capturing the world through a lens of renewal and authenticity. Born and raised in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada, Andrea grew up in a Christian home as a middle child, fostering a deep love and appreciation for faith, music, art, history, and sports. She graduated from Fredericton High School in 1996 and furthered her education at St. Thomas Univeristy in the Arts Program. She has also most recently earned her CPP certificate in Profesional Photography at the Canadian School of Photography in Tornoto.
In addition to her articsitc pursuits, Andrea is a strong advocate for health, wellness, and recovery. She is passionate about supporting individuals in overcoming trauma, domestic violence, addictions, and mental health challenges. Her advocacy also extends to charitable organizations such as; Run For The Cure For Breast Cancer Research, MADD Canada (Mothers against driving drunk), World Vision (helping the world's most vulnerable children overcome poverty), The We Believe Campaign (Empowering Our Youth today), The Iwk Hositpal For Sick Children, and the Toronto Hospital For Sick Children.
When Andrea is not behind the camera, she enjoys healthy living, fitness, and making meaninful connections with others. Her vision for the future is to continue to use photography as a tool to connect people together; to uplift, encourage, motivate, and inspire others, telling stories that highlight hope, reslience, and renewal.
